Aaaah… the end has finally arrived. We can finally say goodbye to 2016 and move on to a new chapter in our lives. While a lot of bad things happened in the past year, there were also good things.
For one, I met great people who became my very good friends. We have similar interests, totally opposite personalities, but we can talk about all sorts of things and enjoy each other’s company. I may not have traveled as often as I wanted to, but I got to go out-of-town a few times.

I learned a new skill! I finally got myself into modern calligraphy and also learned how to use a bullet journal. Yep. I’m not that good at either yet but I’m planning on improving my skill this year.
I also started playing Guild Wars 2. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, but it’s something I enjoy and takes the stress off. The graphics are AMAZING!
Oh, I also bought my first home appliance, a fridge!
As for the rest of the world, well, I’m sure a lot of great things happened too. It’s just sometimes people focus on the negative stuff.
For 2017, I want to focus on the positive and not stress myself over things I have no control over. I want to read more and learn another new skill. I had a lot of realization last year and some of the changes I need have to take effect this year, like saving up. Heh.
So how did I celebrate the coming of the new year? I just stayed at home. I worked on my 2017 bullet journal this afternoon and then played Guild Wars 2 for two hours. I also had 4 hours of work to finish, I only did 3. LOL. Played GW2 again before remembering I wanted to read The Master List of 2017 Reading Challenges. I also ate 5 servings of mom’s sopas (not in one seating). Oh, I did all this while binge watching 30 Rock on iFlix. I’m now on season 5. He-yo!
2017 is going to be all about doing the things I enjoy and love.
