    It’s a Sunday. The first day of the new year. I am feeling good about myself and the promise of a new start… which started late for me. I went to bed at 5am and woke up 11am hoping to catch the 12 o’clock worship service, but my eyes and neck hurt so I decided to go back to sleep and go to the 6pm service instead.     2017 Reading Challenges

    New year, new challenges. I didn’t do well in the reading department in 2016 but there’s always room for improvement. This year, I’m joining 2 reading challenges despite constantly failing each year. There’s certainly no harm in trying. I’m only listing books I physically own and are first in the series. I have a ton of ebooks on my Kindle app but I don’t know them all, so I’m only aiming for physical copies. I’m aiming for 1st base only simply because, as previously mentioned, I haven’t been reading a lot and I don’t have that many contemporary romance novels. Plus, I’m also targeting other challenges.     Hello 2017, Happy New Year!

    Aaaah… the end has finally arrived. We can finally say goodbye to 2016 and move on to a new chapter in our lives. While a lot of bad things happened in the past year, there were also good things. For one, I met great people who became my very good friends. We have similar interests, totally opposite personalities, but we can talk about all sorts of things and enjoy each other’s company.
