    Workout Log – Aug. 31

    Today is probably one of the days I kinda regret going to the gym. Functional 50 is a class I knew I wouldn’t exactly like but something I definitely needed. I had a hard time keeping up with the exercises but I tried my best despite feeling like dying after each one. If an exercise required 20 counts, I can only do about 15. I TRIED. Like seriously tried. I’m grateful I didn’t faint. After the 1-hour class, I stuck around not exactly sure what I was doing. I planked for 20 seconds, did 10 push-ups, tried doing 20 squats and sit ups following the chart I downloaded some weeks…
