    Workout Log – Aug. 23

I am taking this workout thing seriously. As seriously as I can manage. LOL. Afterwards, I decided to concentrate on working on my upper body, mainly the arms. I used some machines using 40lbs weights with 2 cycles of 15. I also did planking for 20 seconds and did 15 push-ups, crunches, and…

    Workout Log – Aug. 19

Yesterday morning I woke up at 7:30am to go to the gym. I was having second thoughts because I knew I was going to be late but kind of forced myself to get up because I needed this. There’s an 8am zumba class and I was late by 30 minutes. I still joined the group and had a great time working out by dancing.
